015 Blue

Some of you might know him, some of you might not. That's Blue. My very first Zim OC. I have drawn him here and there before, but he was never really explained.

I'm including this in the 100 challenge (yes, I'm still working on it!) because he is a part of the storyline that's being used as a topic in the challenge. Basically, he is Red's older brother. In the twisted little universe in my head, the Tallest are not the same age as Zim. Red and Blue are Zim's uncles. How? Zim is the child of Grey, Red's twin brother, who disappeared and left Zim an orphan (his mother died sometime before). Red had some issues with Grey, so he wasn't particularly happy that Zim was born, not to mention being stuck with him once Grey disappeared. Blue eased his pain though, and decided to become Zim's sole guardian. Which means people get on his back whenever Zim does something bad. He is responsible for him.

So Blue is the uncle of Zim, Audien, Erile, and Ruus. Zim is the boys' cousin. They all like him, but Red and Purple don't. And that's my little dysfunctional family of doom.

Just imagine what coming over for dinner is like.

Anyway, this pic is of Blue and smeet Zim. Blue is coming down to the hatchery to see his nephew for the first time. Little Zim is just wondering WHO this person is that DARE pick him up. He'll learn to bond with him eventually though.

I left the background transparent because this was really just a sketch that I decided to color and I couldn't think of anything to put in there. *lame* Full view it to get rid of that black bg in the preview.
